First Meeting
 


 

 

It is recommended to bring to the meeting:
 
1. Recent blood tests you have

2. Summary of a last visit from a doctor, in case of chronic diseases such as Parkinson's, diabetes and the home medical binder.

3. A neat and complete 3-day eating record.
 

These recommendations are not mandatory. They are simply tools that can help me get to know you better.

It is recommended not to perform strength training 3 days before the session.

At this meeting we will go over your nutritional and medical history. We'll try to figure out what were the failure points in your previous diets. Together, we will build a menu and provide dietary guidelines that will meet your goals, as well as your lusts and the things you love. that will meet your goals and loves and desires.

Meeting length: 90 minuets.

 The Five Steps Plan

A short-term program designed to change, monitor and provide basic tools and knowledge based on science and experience in the worlds of nutrition and healthy living.

Five repeat meetings of 45 minuets length to each session.

Session 1: Follow up questions, menu changes and providing additional variations.

Session 2: The Energy Expenditure Equation.

Session 3: Building a fitness program / food ancestors.

Session 4: Ideal Satiety - Principles.

Session 5: Eating in restaurants - practical rules.

As someone who has always been involved in sports, I did not believe there are simpler ways to improve my performance and get better. I was always strong and in good shape, but for some reason did not really see it on the body, the muscles were hidden under a coat of light but not invisible fat.
 

I was given clear do’s and don’ts with amounts and times of eating, we made sure not to get caught up in the optimal weight for me, and the body was remarkably sculpted. What was nice about this process was that I did not enter a regime of fasting, but on the contrary, I entered into a regime of fattening :)

I just had to eat healthy food, at the right timing, and lots, and then there was no room or need for all the garbage.

 

Throughout the process we took care to maintain satisfactions (I have sweet tooth) and everything was done in moderation and without compromising the pleasures of life. I continue to adhere to the diet and the results continue to improve.

 
Yafit made me get to know my body better, understand where I was wrong, and improved beyond recognition the health, appearance, and athletic performance. And all this, really without much effort.

Like many others, I have come from a background of many failed diets attempts  to lose weight; Dietitian, weight watchers, the bread diet etc.
